Data controller

Consulting, implementation and training requests are handled with SolutechIA (Wixyn Tech SL, Tax ID B19760511), which processes the data as joint controller in order to reply to you and prepare the proposal.

What data we process and why

  • WhatsApp: if you message us, your number and whatever you tell us, in order to reply to your request and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal.
  • Calendar bookings: the details you enter when booking, in order to manage the meeting and send you the link or confirmation.
  • Newsletter: your email and, if you give it, your name, to send you Juan Mastral's newsletter. We also keep the date you ticked the box, as proof of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

Legal basis

Your consent when you write to us, book a call or subscribe to the newsletter, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.

Retention

For as long as the relationship lasts or until you request deletion, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.

Recipients

Data is stored in SolutechIA's CRM (Wixyn Tech SL). It is not shared with third parties except where required by law or with providers of technical services (hosting, CRM, email, calendar) under a data processing agreement. The newsletter is sent with Resend (Resend Inc., United States) and sign-ups are stored on Netlify, this website's host.

International transfers

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. In that case the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to juan@solutechia.es. If you believe they have not been addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. The booking calendars may use technical cookies from their provider when they load.
